1.Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders are generally processed in 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once processed, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. Delivery can vary between 1-5 business days depending on your location.

  • The time range from order placement to order delivery is normally 3-8 business days.

  • Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.

  • We will send you your package tracking information in a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately, we are not taking International orders or shipping Internationally at this time.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. WHAT DO I DO?

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for missing or stolen packages within 24-48 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation.  

There are also instances where USPS is holding the package for pickup but incorrectly marks and does not leave a notice or USPS delivers to the wrong address. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft.

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. If you've provided the wrong ship to address, it's possible that you can submit a request to intercept a package via USPS.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked by USPS as not deliverable or return to sender. In most cases, packages returned to sender do not return to us in a timely manner. Once we receive the returned package, your order can be sent to the correct address, but you will be responsible for paying the full shipping cost to the correct address.

2.Returns policy

At BeYOUtiful Aromas all of our candles undergo a vigorous testing and inspection process prior to shipping to any of our customers. Due to this process, we do not accept returns. We can only accept products back that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We also accept products back if u received the incorrect item. In order for your item to be accepted back, you will need prior approval. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us directly at Beyoutifularomas@gmail.com. We would love the opportunity to evaluate the issue at hand to determine if there is anything we can do to make it right! 

 

Damages

Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if your item is: defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a refund, we urge you to contact us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you will only be eligible for product exchanges after review. We are unable to exchange items after 7 calendar days. If there is an issue with your candle, you will need to provide clear photos, a brief description of the issue, and the receipt for your purchase to Beyoutifularomas@gmail.com for our team to evaluate. After review of the emailed information, we will contact you with instructions for returning your item and next steps for refund or exchange. We will not receive returned items without approval. 

We will notify you if your issue has been approved or rejected. If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the original credit card or payment method on file. For exchanges, will ship product out in the standard 5-8 business days from the exchange approval date.
